The admin, page by page

The menu across the top of the app has seven items. Here's what each one is for and what you'll find on it.

Home

Your setup checklist and how-to videos.

  • Get Started — three steps (sync products, create tiers, create campaigns). Each shows a dashed circle until it's done, then a green tick. Unfinished steps are clickable links straight to the right page.
  • Beautify your launcher — two video thumbnails covering launcher styling and the launcher icon.

Batches

Your physical stock. This is a three-level section:

  1. Products — everything synced from Shopify, with a Sync Products button.
  2. Product detail — click a product to see its Batches (production runs).
  3. Labels — click a batch to see the ranges of scan codes inside it.

→ Batches & scan labels

Plans

Subscription plans, one-time purchases, and your purchase history. Subscribe, upgrade or cancel from here.

→ Plans & billing

Campaigns

The list of all your challenges. From the table you can toggle a campaign Active or Customer Facing without opening it, or use the pencil and bin icons to edit and delete. + Create Campaign is top right.

→ Campaigns

Tiers

Your membership levels, shown as a table with each tier's range, earning ratio, spending ratio, scan settings and referral status. + Create Tier is top right.

→ Tiers

Gift Cards

The coupons customers buy with points. Each row has an Activated switch to show or hide it from customers without deleting it.

→ Gift cards

Settings

Four controls: your points name, the master on/off switch, and whether customers can use points and rewards.

→ Settings

Pages you won't see in the menu

A couple of screens exist in the app but aren't linked from the menu because they're still being built:

  • Programs — a preview of a future Points / Referrals / VIP / Activity / Bonus Campaigns layout. The numbers on it are placeholders and nothing you do there is saved.
  • Plugin colours — an experimental colour picker. Storefront colours are set in your theme editor instead, see Storefront widget.

If you land on one of these, nothing is broken — just navigate back using the menu.
