First-time setup
The Home page of the app shows a "Get Started" list with a tick next to each finished step. Work through it in this order.
1. Sync your products
Home → Sync your products, or Batches → Sync Products.
This copies your Shopify catalogue into the rewards system. You'll see "Products syncing started, Refresh to check products." Wait a few seconds and refresh the page.
Run this again any time you add products or change their details.
2. Create your loyalty tiers
At minimum, create one starter tier. Without a tier there is no earning rate, so customers can't collect anything.
A common starting point is two or three tiers with ranges that touch but never overlap:

3. Create campaigns
Optional, but this is where the program becomes interesting. A campaign is a challenge with milestones and prizes.

Then, before you go live
4. Name your points and switch the program on
Settings → type your points name into Wallet Currency, turn Active on, press Save.
5. Choose a plan
Plans → pick a subscription and approve the charge on Shopify's billing page.
6. Add the widget to your storefront
Online Store → Themes → Customize → App embeds, then enable the Floating widget body block. If you use scan codes, also keep the Auth Redirect (Head) block enabled.
7. Create gift cards
So customers have something to spend their points on.
The "Beautify your launcher" videos
Also on the Home page. Two short videos: one on styling the launcher theme, one on the launcher icon and video. Click a thumbnail to play, click the ✕ to go back to the thumbnails.
Setting up scan codes (only if you use them)
If you put codes on physical products, there are three extra steps after syncing products:
- Batches → open a product → Create Batches — record the production run.
- Click the batch row → Create Label — generate the range of scan codes.
- In each tier, turn on Allow rewards on scan and set the reward.
