Storefront widget & scan pages

Besides the rewards page in the customer account, the app adds pieces to your storefront and to the customer profile. All of them are switched on and styled in Online Store → Themes → Customize.

The floating widget

The "Rewards" button that floats on your storefront. Enable it under App embeds / blocks → Floating widget body.

Inside the panel customers get Ways to Earn, Ways to Redeem, My Rewards, Tiers and My Activity.

Typography — base font size, heading font size, small text size, and font family.

Widget colours — primary, text on primary, primary text, secondary text, header background, header text, icon background, icon foreground, and button hover colour.

Panel colours — accent colour (plus light and dark variants), surface, text on surface, muted text, border colour, and box shadow.

Match your brand in two minutes

Set Primary and Accent Colour to your brand colour, Text on Primary to white or black depending on contrast, and leave everything else on its default. That's usually enough.

Auth Redirect (Head)

An invisible block that turns the short /auth/CODE links printed on your products into the proper scan page. Keep it enabled if you use scan codes — without it, those links land on a 404 page.

It does nothing at all on any other page of your store.

The product auth page

The branded page a customer lands on after a successful scan. It shows the product that the code belongs to, confirming the item is genuine, and has its own background colour setting in the theme editor.

The Buy now button is hidden on this page by default.

Rewards block on the customer profile

A small block on the customer's profile page. Normally it shows "Complete Campaigns and Earn reward points!" with a Check Rewards link through to the full rewards page.

It also does the real work behind a scan. When a customer arrives from a product code, this block:

  1. verifies the code,
  2. claims the points onto their account,
  3. shows "Reward claimed successfully!",
  4. offers a Claim Collectible button if a collectible is attached to that label range,
  5. shows "Error claiming reward points!" if something goes wrong.

It also handles referral links, crediting the referrer when a brand-new customer signs up through one.

Collectibles page

A grid of every collectible in your program:

  • collectibles the customer owns show a tick and Claimed — with x2, x3 and so on if they have duplicates,
  • ones they don't own show a padlock and Locked.

Empty state: "No Collectibles".

Showing locked collectibles on purpose is what makes the set feel collectable — customers can see what they're missing.
