Appearance
The rewards page
This is the main customer-facing screen, inside the Shopify customer account area. It's assembled automatically from your tiers, campaigns and gift cards — there's no separate design step.
What's on it, top to bottom
| Section | What's in it |
|---|---|
| Hero + Balance | The wallet image from their tier on the left. On the right: their points balance with a View activity link, and their Current Tier with a line like "Earn 250 more points to reach Gold." |
| Spend Points | Your active gift cards, each with its money value and its price in points, and a Redeem button. |
| Tiers | A card per tier with its name, an Active badge on the customer's current one, and the perks from your tier description as a tick list. |
| Earn [Points] | Your customer-facing campaigns. |
| Spend [Points] | Campaigns tagged ways_to_spend. |
| Account Settings | A Delete Account button. |
The words "Points" in those headings are replaced by whatever you set as your Wallet Currency — "Earn Coins", "Spend Coins", and so on.
The Activity pop-up
Opened by View activity next to the balance. It lists every points transaction with its note and date:
- earnings in green with a +
- spends in red with a −
Empty state: "No Activity yet".
This is the first place to look when a customer asks "why do I have this many points?"
Campaign cards
Each campaign card shows the name, the description you wrote, a progress badge and a Milestones link.
| Badge | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Completed (green) | Every milestone is claimed or reached. |
| 2/3 Completed (amber) | Part way through. |
| In Progress (amber) | Started but no milestone reached yet. |
Six campaigns show at a time, with a Show more button that loads three more.
The Milestones pop-up
Opened by the Milestones link. Every check point in the campaign, in order, with:
- a green tick if it's reached or already claimed,
- a clock if it's not yet reached,
- a Redeem button on unlocked-but-unclaimed milestones — but only if you turned auto claim off for that campaign.
This is exactly what your check point Labels are for: they're the wording customers read here. "First scan" reads better than "0 - 1".
Redeeming a gift card
Under Spend Points, the customer presses Redeem, then confirms in a pop-up showing the coupon value and its points cost. On success they see "giftcard redeemed successfully", their balance drops and the activity list updates.
If they don't have enough points, the option won't be available to them.
Delete Account
At the bottom of the page. It asks for confirmation, permanently deletes the customer's loyalty account and data, and then signs them out of your store.
This exists so you're covered for privacy requests — customers can remove their own data without contacting you.
What controls each section
Use this when a customer says "I can't see X":
| They can't see… | Check |
|---|---|
| Any of it | Settings → Active is on, and they're signed in. |
| Their tier / a next-tier message | You have at least one tier and their number falls inside a range. |
| A campaign | The campaign is Active and Customer Facing, and today's date is inside its start/end window. |
| A gift card | The gift card's Activated switch is on. |
| The Redeem button on a milestone | Auto claim is on for that campaign, so there's nothing to press — the reward is granted automatically. |
| A campaign in the right section | Campaigns appear under Earn unless tagged ways_to_spend. |
