What Batch Rewards does
Batch Rewards is a loyalty program for your Shopify store. It lets you:
- Give customers points for spending money, writing reviews, referring friends, or scanning a code on your physical product.
- Group customers into tiers (think Bronze / Silver / Gold) so your best customers automatically get better perks.
- Run campaigns — mini challenges with milestones, like "scan 5 products and get 500 points".
- Let customers spend points on gift cards and coupons.
- Put codes on your physical products (printed or NFC tags) so a customer can prove an item is genuine and be rewarded for it.
Where customers see it
Two places:

| Floating "Rewards" button on your storefront | A pop-up panel with ways to earn, ways to redeem, their rewards, tiers and activity. |
There's also a scan page: when someone scans the code on a physical product, they land on a branded page that confirms the product is genuine and pays out their reward.
