Payment Methods

Configure payment methods and payment gateways for your e-commerce store.

Overview

Accept payments from customers through various payment methods and processors.

Supported Payment Gateways

Batch does not process payments itself — it connects to providers a brand already has an account with. The providers below are the ones the platform integrates with.

ProviderUsed for
StripeCard payments
Authorize.NetCard payments
NMICard payments
AeroPayBank-linked payment; the customer links an account once
SquareCard payments and point of sale

Cash and card taken in person are recorded as payment types rather than gateway integrations.

Orders paid in another system

Where a brand runs a separate point-of-sale or fulfilment system, an order can be recorded as already paid there rather than charged again by Batch. The systems recognised are Blaze, IndicaOnline, Flowhub, Treez, Meadow, Shopify and ShipStation.

Provider availability is per brand

A gateway appearing here means the platform can integrate with it, not that every store offers it. What a customer is shown at checkout depends on which providers that brand has configured — see Paying on the storefront.
