Campaigns
A campaign is a set of things to do that pays out when the shopper does them. It is how a brand turns loyalty into something with a shape, rather than a balance that quietly rises.
What you can do with it
See what is running
Stores can list the campaigns currently available, and group them by category where there are enough to need it.
Open a campaign
Each campaign has its own page describing what it involves and what it pays out.
Track your progress
The account area shows the campaigns a shopper is part of and how far along they are. Campaigns progress in steps, and a step completing is what moves the shopper towards the reward.
Claim what you earned
Completed campaigns produce rewards, which appear in the account area and can be applied to an order.
Campaigns and collectibles
The two are connected. A campaign can be tied to a collectible — so obtaining a particular collectible is what enters a shopper into a campaign, or a campaign's payout is a collectible.
Shoppers who hold collectibles are therefore worth checking their campaign list: they may already be enrolled in something without having explicitly joined it.
Where the rules live
What a campaign requires, how many steps it has, and what it pays out are all set by the brand. The storefront shows and tracks campaigns; it does not define them.
