Bundles and Deals
Batch stores can sell things other than single products, and can promote them in several ways.
What you can do with it
Buy a bundle
A bundle is a group of products sold together and treated as one thing in the cart. It has its own page and its own entry in the cart, and can be removed as a unit rather than item by item.
Open a deal
Deals have their own addresses on the store, so a brand can send shoppers straight to one from an email, a post or a printed code. Arriving at a deal page shows what the deal covers.
Share a deal code
Deal codes can be copied from the store — a shopper tapping to copy gets the code on their clipboard to pass on or reuse.
See what is currently promoted
Stores can show promotion banners and, where configured, a countdown timer on a promotion — which is how time-limited offers get their urgency.
Find products in a promotion
A promotion gathers the products it applies to, so shoppers can browse straight into the offer rather than hunting for qualifying items.
Where discounts are actually applied
Browsing a deal is not the same as claiming it. Promo and discount codes are entered during checkout, and that is where the total changes.
A deal page is an advert, not a discount
Shoppers sometimes assume that visiting a deal page has applied it. If the total looks wrong, check that the code was entered at checkout.
