Appearance
Leaderboard
Where a brand runs competitive loyalty, the storefront can show a leaderboard ranking shoppers against each other.
What you can do with it
See the standings
The leaderboard shows the ranking. Stores can show it publicly, so visitors who are not signed in can see it too, or keep it to signed-in shoppers.
Find yourself in it
A signed-in shopper can see their own position, which is the part that makes a leaderboard motivating rather than decorative.
Show it on a store page
The leaderboard is one of the sections a brand can place on a store page, rather than only living at its own address — so it can appear on a landing page beside the campaign driving it.
What it ranks
The ranking reflects whatever the brand's loyalty setup rewards — the campaigns that are running and the activity behind them. It is not a fixed universal measure, and two Batch stores can rank on entirely different things.
Availability
Leaderboards are optional. A store that has not enabled one will not show it anywhere.
