Your Profile
The account area gathers everything the store holds for a shopper. What appears depends on which features the brand has enabled.
What you can do with it
Manage your details
Name, contact details and profile photo can be updated from the account section.
Keep your addresses
Saved delivery addresses live here and are offered at checkout. See Addresses.
Keep your identity documents current
Where a store requires identification to order, documents are held against the account and can be updated here. Doing this before ordering avoids being stopped mid-checkout by an expired document. See Age and ID verification.
Look at your loyalty
Several parts of the account area cover loyalty:

Review your orders and receipts

Reviews submitted can be seen and edited. See Reviews.
Control notifications
Notification preferences are set here. See Notifications.
Close the account
Where the store offers it, an account can be deleted. This takes its history, addresses, points and rewards with it and is not reversible.
Guests do not have this
Everything on this page requires an account. A guest completes an order and has no profile to return to.
